I was really challenged by your message about the gifts of the Holy Spirit in this case word of knowledge . I need to seek the Lord with all my heart and be available to be used for God’s purposes. Like the young mans question at the end who belongs to a more traditional church I am the same. I used to enjoy a prophetic lady in our church bring a word of encouragement until after many years I guess she left in recent times . I love these people and they are zealous for God, in our small group mid week Im surrounded by more Holy Spirit aware believers . The Lord willing and the need for good health Im embarking on risky and physical installation work which will require alot of time away from home so hopefully take His ministry outside the church where it also belongs. So thank you for Gods wisdom and the encouraging story of mother and daughter in the cafe Phillip

    Hi Phillip
Spend time in prayer and the word and asking God to give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)
“FAN” – 2 Timothy 1:6-7 (NIV) ”For this reason, I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.”
The gift that was in his life “fan into flame” the gift of the Holy Spirit. Paul said, “Let the Holy Spirit blaze up and set your whole being on fire.” We need this exhortation; v.7 that we “fan into flame the gift of God” we shall
experience: emancipation, endearment, enrichment, and enlightenment.
“KEEP” – 2 Timothy 1:13 (NIV) “What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus.”
    Blessing Len
