ACCOMMODATION STYLE:   Lodges & family units. All units/lodges have shared bathrooms and a small kitchen area.  Most of the bedrooms are twin sharing, while others have additional bunk beds.  All linen is supplied.  Please bring your own beach towels if you wish to go swimming. If you would like to share with a friend/friends please indicate that on the registration form.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

CONFERENCE FEE: $410 per person includes conference fee, meals and accommodation.  Day visitors are accepted at $75 p/p per day, which will include lunch and dinner. Special dietary needs will attract an additional $30.

A freewill offering will be taken up for the speakers.

SHUTTLE COLLECTIONS:  Attendees to arrange their own transport. For Shuttle Service to and from Airport, contact Great Lakes Taxis

ARRIVAL:   Plan to arrive AFTER 3PM on Friday the 18th.  – Friday night will be a ‘meet & greet” session @ 7PM after dinner @ 6pm.

DEPARTURE:   On Monday 21st – we will have to depart from the Camp by 10:00am.

You will then be able to  book your flights first and insert your flight details on the registration form before sending to us.
